Hotel Opera not only looked lovely from the outside but inside it was gorgeous. It was very nicely decorated and the location was also excellent in a lovely area of Munich. The breakfasts exceeded our expectations. The lovely breakfast rooms, white tablecloths, candle and food selection, presentation and delivery were lovely. The rooms we had for my husband and I, and another room for our young adult daughters were lovely. Our bathroom was small but more than adequate. Wouldn't hesitate recommending this Hotel and staying there again.

Marianne

It's a charming hotel in the centre of Munich, just a short walk from Maximilianstrasse. The location is excellent. The room, although very small is decorated nicely, lots of mirrors and glass. Unfortunately we were there on probably one of the hottest days of the year, and the room was so hot and the windows didn't open properly. Staff were really nice, breakfast is served to you in their courtyard, which is stunning. We will definitely be returning.

Jason

A charming boutique hotel which lives up to its billing. It is located in a quiet part of the old town and has a lovely gentility about it. Breakfasts are served at table by attentive and helpful staff and the front of house staff were very helpful when we needed tape to repair a damaged suitcase. The hotel is within an easy 15-minute walk along Maximillianstrasse of landmarks such as the Hofbrauhaus.

The breakfast was like having high tea with its presentation and variety. It was a classy boutique hotel. The room was unique which started with “the key” presented to unlock the door to our room along with the type of furniture, and bed design. The location was excellent close to the subway system and local coffee shops and some restaurants.

Barbara

Romantic ambiente overall, comfortable bed and pillows, nice restaurants nearby, good proximity to the old city and train station. The room was large for me alone. Fresh roses in the room impressed me most! The breakfast is very good decorated, nicely served with good quality ingredients. The staff is veeery friendly and helpful.
